what types of makeup services do you offeR?
Ashmarbeauty offers Makeup and Hair Services for Branding, Production ,Fashion, Beauty and Commercial.
Ashmarbeauty offers Bridal Makeup Only (hair is not included in our bridal services)
Do you Provide on-location services or do you have a studio?
Ashmarbeauty is a mobile service, Ashley provides on-location services for your convenience.
what is your booking policy?
For Photoshoots, Production, Commercial, Branding, Fashion and Destination requests, please email us for more information. .
For Bridal we require a 50% Retainer in order to book your service date for Bridal Inquires. The remaining balance will be due the week of the service date and must be taken care of before the artists arrival along with a bridal makeup agreement.
Do you have a minimum requirement for on-location services?
We travel locally for 2 service minimum, and out of town for a 4 service minimum.
Do you offer touch up services for special events or occasions?
Yes we offer touch ups for all events and occasions and actually encourage you to reserve us for touch ups if you are going to be taking professional photos. our touch up rate $65/hr.
How Far in advanced should I schedule an appointment?
Ashmarbeauty gets booked up to two years in advance for bridal and fashion week. It is highly recommended to schedule 6 months to 1 year in advanced. Be sure to reach out for our availability at any time.
what brands of makeup do you use?
We use the best of the best! Dior, Chanel, YSL, Armani, Givanchy, Charlotte Tillbury, Patrick ta, One Size, MUF, MAC, NARS, Huda, and more...
what is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We typically require our client to give us at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Our cancellation fee is the 50% retainer we require at the time of booking and It is non-refundable. Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made in cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge of the service fee. Repeat no-shows may result in the client being required to prepay for future appointments or being refused service.
Do you offer makeup trials or consultations for events?
Yes, we offer trials for all events and occasions.
How long does a service take?
Hair and Makeup can take 2.5 hours or more depending on the request.
This does not include Bridal.
Do you travel to locations outside of your usual service area?
Yes, we travel everywhere. All parts of Florida and we travel out of state and country. Please reach out to Ashley for more information.
what do you require for destination services?
For requests outside our standard service area, clients are responsible for:
Booking and covering the cost of airfare for makeup artists.
Arranging and paying for hotel accommodations if overnight stays are required.
Providing transportation to and from the venue, as well as during the appointment.
